Best Cheap Mexican New York 2000 - Los Dos Rancheros Mexicanos

The proprietors of Los Dos Rancheros Mexicanos are from the Mexican state of Puebla, where sauces are a source of great pride. The most famous is mole poblano, a dark sauce with a surprising chocolate component (don't worry, it's nothing like hot fudge). Have it over chicken or enchiladas. Other noteworthy sauces are mole pipian, made with pureed pumpkin seeds, plus the usual green tomatillo and red chile sauces. The tacos, each made with two soft corn tortillas, are filled with chicken, beef, or fried pork.
