Original Espresso Bar
Decorated with photos of fin de siècle Paris, the Original Espresso Bar is my favorite coffee bar in the city, not just because of the excellent sandwiches and muffins offered, or the outdoor seating under fake palm trees, but because of the characters that work there, for whom I've developed affectionate names like the Pierced Twins and Hammerhead.
