Glenda's specializes in the Trinidadian treat that fills a crepelike pancake with a rich, savory curry in which the main ingredient may be anything from conch to chickpeas. The simple chicken roti is superb—a mix of curried bone-in fowl and potato scented with cumin and coriander. Wash it down with some roseate homemade sorrel or bitter mauby.
