The stuff of dreams is primal pizzawafer-thin crust topped with a slather of sweetly tart tomato sauce and finished with a drizzle of cheeseand at Scopa, it's nothing like anything purveyed on Gotham's street corners. I also dote on chef Vinny Scotto's seasonal polentas made with fresh corn and his full-flavored risottosbut it's the pizza I crave.
