This summer's rains have left scant time for dining alfresco, but when the sun has managed to peek out, one of the prime spots has been Morrell Wine Bar & Café. There, oenophiles can indulge in their love of the grape by the glass while noshing on goodies like Tartar Times Three, a mix of raw tuna, salmon, and diver scallops, each distinctively seasoned to highlight the taste of the individual fish. I like to order a glass of pinot noir, savor an order of the splendid Cobb salad, and people-watch.
