The Singing Tuna arrive on a weekend evening, and you might be lucky enough to catch them in their velvet capes, carrying guitars and hustling the tables for greenbacks. If not, don't worry; sit back and enjoy the huge portions of a wondrous caldo gallego, a hearty soup dense with white beans, shreds of greens, chunks of mild sausage, and flaky pieces of potato.
