Lovers of outsize shrimplike creatures should check out the grilled prawns at Meigas, an ambitious, expensive, and obscurely located restaurant that's rewritten the book on how Spanish food is prepared. The shells still clinging, these gigantic prawns arrive split, grilled, and strewn with garlic, and are so good you might become obsessed with them—in which case you can zip in anytime and enjoy them at the tapas bar without assaying an entire meal.
