Custard Beach
In Wisconsin we take frozen custard for granted. And it's nothing like Mister Softee, either. Real custard is made with plenty of cream, and further enriched with egg yolks. The only place in town you can get the real thing is at Custard Beach just opposite the yacht basin. And there's a new branch in the food court at Grand Central. Concentrate on vanilla and chocolate, and avoid the other flavors.
