Mosaico

What's almojabana? A Colombian cousin of the bouncy Brazilian cheese breads called po de queijo. You can get it in two sizes at MOSAICO, an upscale pan-Latin lunchroom that always has a few things I crave on its rotating menu (the meal-size tamales and pressed sandwiches are always tasty). The almojabana is a little more crumbly than its Brazilian counterpart, and a little cheesier. It comes in two sizes, and tastes even better if you ask them to pop it in the microwave.
