Best Asian Riff on Chilean Sea Bass New York 2001 - Can

I'm not sure why CAN has been overlooked recently, but folks don't know what they're missing. The current chef has a deft hand with seasoning, and the ethereally light slabs of Chilean sea bass, which are sauced with a ginger and scallion sauce that is lighter than, yet as flavorful as, the Chinese favorite, are quite simply awesome.
