Bowery Ballroom
Great ventilation system, even better sound system. Never oversold, so never too crowded. Close to subways and Chinese restaurants. Clear sight lines. Clean bathrooms. Two bars, a dark, funky downstairs chill area, and an ornate balcony. I've never had a complaint with the BOWERY BALLROOM, except for that one time last fall when there was a fire alarm and they evacuated everybody, and then later a guy in the balcony spilled beer on my head. But I don't think either of those things were the venue's fault.
