INAKA may not have the glitz of the sushi emporia that have sprouted over the Cobble Hill section of Brooklyn, but what this neighborhood standby lacks in trendy decor, it makes up for in the airy lightness of its tempura. The plump, virtually greaseless pieces of shrimp, chicken, and veggies that emerge from the kitchen, along with the genuinely warm welcome from the owners, are enough to keep the cognoscenti returning.
