It almost didn't make it and was closed for a period after opening, but COLBEH is back on Main Street in Queens, serving up Persian food at prices that are unbeatable. Begin with one of the salads, then move on to the kebabs, moist chicken with a hint of char, or even flaky whitefish. They're served with a grilled tomato, rice, and a wedge of lemon for more flavor.
