At the Tribeca Grand's cavernous CHURCH LOUNGE, you'll repent for ever being disgusted by the sight of Tanqueray Ten-drenched Maytag; the Ten Commandments martini ($13) is that heavenly. Yes, the bloated blue-cheese-stuffed olives that arrive floating in gin look about as good as they sound, but trust us, it's a pairing second only to pb&j. Unfortunately, ridiculous prices aren't the only barrier to contend with: A scatterbrained hostess and an armylike bar staff may make you wait, and wait. Forgive us, Lord, but we're craving these cocktails anyway!
