Current best is that found at DABAKH-MALIK, picturesquely located right across the street from the Slave #1 Theatre on Bed-Stuy's main drag—a mountain of red rice incorporating hunks of stuffed bluefish, cabbage, cassava, and carrot, the flavor darkened with wisps of stockfish.
