This is going to get a little kinky, but bear with me. Go to Greek stalwart KARAVAS and order the burger, and don't be discouraged when the cook pulls the large patty from the freezer and plops it on the griddle. Request fried onions and the so-called white sauce usually used on the gyro, which is really Hellenic tzatziki. The burger is made with good meat and remains moist despite the cook's constant fiddling.
