You could even make a night of it, ordering such Middle Eastern cuisine as foulemoudammas—a tahini and bean dish—or your basic shawarma. The festive Moroccan disco music mixed with the rich aroma of flavored tobacco transforms a couple of plastic tables into a decadent garden party, where people linger long enough to chat with the waiters.
