You may refuse to do it for your boyfriend, but at SAINT'S ALP TEAHOUSE, this Hong Kong specialty will have you begging for balls like a porn star. The tapioca is starchy stuff made from sweet potatoes, some crazy root, and brown sugar—and man, is it amazing. Location is prime for sneaking it into movie theaters. Balls come in the tea of your choice (I recommend cold over hot, sesame, honey, or half coffee/half tea) and are chewy and oddly pleasant as they shoot up a big wide straw into your mouth. I guess the Chinese just have the best balls out there.
