"I think the walls are moving!" you say after drinking a glass of absinthe, carefully poured over flaming sugar cubes, at the East Village's ASSENZIO wine bar. Then you realize that the absinthe is actually Absente, a brand that replaces the illegal wormwood with southernwood, a weaker botanical cousin. Bummer!
