KROPPS & BOBBERS
The Lower East Side salon KROPPS & BOBBERS is known for its work in dreadlocks and extensions, but every time I go, it's full of hot young things touching up their mod Rod Stewart 'dos and ironic mullets on their way to Pianos around the corner. I feel lame asking for my same old layered trim, but they somehow manage to make it look almost stylish. On a major square like me, quite a feat.
