In a highly polished tone that can only be described as alarmed and confused, he comes off like a grown-up, non-clay-based Mr. Bill. Whipple borrows Andy Rooney's tarantula eyebrows and intonates all statements like this???!!! When his arms are around bikini-clad local girls, he pours on the "I'm just a wittle boy" falsetto.
