Little is known about him—he's about 20 years old, an art student, mischievous, and likes to paint monsters with pointed, discomfiting captions. So how does he tag in sweet spots all over Manhattan and Brooklyn without getting found out? I'd toss my undies at him, if I could figure out who the hell he is.
