Ace restaurateur Danny Meyer set out to re-create the parkside burger jointnearly every town has oneof his Midwestern youth, and happily succeeded. In fact, SHAKE SHACK turns out a better unpretentious burger than any I've had in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Hand-patted, made of fresh beef cut from brisket and sirloin, it's a juicy tour de force. Thick shakes too.
