Whatever the origin of that uncanny orange glow, WABC's SAM CHAMPION manages to titillate: Chelsea boys maintain the hyper-coiffed meteorologist gets hotter every year, and there's even a local rock trio named after Mr. Ivory Teeth. Still, it's hard to trust forecasting from someone who seems to spend so much time beneath a simulated sun.
