GENERAL NITEMARE
Barry Jetter, the self-proclaimed "Chrome King," spends his days in the back of his store, GENERAL NITEMARE, attended by a winsome miniature Doberman pinscher named Tiny, scraping, stripping, and sandblasting school paint off metal furniture that he salvages from Maryland. I can't imagine what Jetter's and his doggie's lungs look like, but their merchandise is fantastic, cheap, and available in the wee hours as you stumble home from Alma's rooftop lounge just across the street.
