All eight years as mayor, Giuliani walked through the QUEENS/MIDTOWN TUNNEL with the Ringling Bros. elephants as they marched into Madison Square Garden for the greatest show on earth. They even named a baby pachy after him. He got rid of prostitutes and homeless vagrants. And yet Giuliani welcomed, with open arms, the most flatulent creatures on earth.
