Best ridiculous use of MTA marketing dollars New York 2004 - 'IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING'

In a world where people talk to themselves more than to others and a six-pack of batteries can be had for $1, being told to tattletale on a fellow commuter for suspicious activity under the 'IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING' campaign just might not be totally clear. Unless, of course, suspicious activity includes the blatant waste of taxpayers' dollars, in which case we should all program the number into our speed dial.
