The premises had undergone several transformations prior to the popping up of CAFÉ TOPSY, the Village's most fun-loving English restaurant, where brisket is innovatively braised in Guinness and the chef is not above copping a recipe from across the channel, like "Topsy's coddler," an assortment of preserved meats with kraut that will remind you of an Alsatian choucroute garnie.
