You can't beat noodles made shortly before you devour them. Such is the case at SAMWONGAHK, a Korean diner in the heart of Elmhurst. Originating in northern China, the noodles are called cha chiang mein, and you'd be crazy to get them topped with anything but the meaty, beany "special brown Peking sauce."
