The roast suckling pig is as perfect as that sainted dish gets at A.O.C. BEDFORD, a village restaurant with one of the loveliest and most romantic interiors in town. The serving must be ordered by two ($60) and the easily detachable skin is crunchy and just the right shade of bronze; the nice-sized and mellow hunk of flesh is well-fatted and sided absurdly with dates.
