RESERVOIR
It's greenish-gray, looks like a seashell, and is about the size of a jelly donut. It's the mushroom that's been growing in the men's-room toilet at RESERVOIR for several months. Depending on the bathroom traffic at this bar (and yes, grill) on a given night, the fungus is partially submerged, giving it an attractive two-tone contrast. As health department moles flag delis whose potato salad isn't quite cold enough, the bathroom 'shroom continues to flourish.
