For years we suffered from taco envy, begrudging L.A. its wonderful fish tacos. But recently we began to have our own credible examples. The current best is at LA ESQUINA, a new taco shack fashioned from an old hamburger stand at Cleveland Place. The generous fish fillet comes heaped with slaw and salsa, and you might as well be in Baja.
