I've adored all of Laurent Tourondel's restaurants, and upstairs at BLT FISH is no exception, not only for the breadth of its fish selectionincluding the brilliant Cantonese red snapperbut also for providing wonderful sides like Parmesan gnocchi, salt-crusted sunchokes, and especially, the silver-dollar potatoes.
