Sunnyside may seem like the last place to look for Japanese food, but the noodles at newcomer YAMAKAZE are damn near perfect, including the summery soba salad of buckwheat noodles, veggies, and pine nuts, and the colder-weather spicy miso men—a shrimp and lo mein extravaganza with a fiery, brick-red broth.
