Maybe named after the dude who nailed 95 theses to the Wittenberg church door, LUTHER'S FRIED CHICKEN has been flipping the bird in downtown Brooklyn for as long as anyone can remember. More distinguished than their regular chicken are their legendary hot wings, not the Buffalo sort, but still generating a lingering heat via finely ground pepper in the breading.
