One of the quirkiest institutions to open in recent years, TOTAL WINE BAR occupies a closet of a space and begins its reasonably priced list with a Lambrusco (hooray!). It also offers some of the strangest vittles to go with the wine, from a small but excellent dish of mac and cheese to an astonishing crawfish étouffée.
