Hey, foodie: Just where would you go in the five boroughs if you had an odd craving for reindeer meatballs? The gossamer potato bread called lefse? Or the unspeakably skanky fermented fish known as lutefisk? Bay Ridge, where decades ago the streets were thronged with merchant seamen wearing pea coats and wool watch caps, toting rucksacks.
