Sad-sack Gibbard of Death Cab for Cutie and Postal Service will feel right at home when we blow him to a big feed at E-Mo, a takeout that specializes in big-ass maki rolls, Korean style, served with a free cup of miso soup. Aside from a few fish and meat choices, the majority of the rolls are vegetarian, including crunchy vegetables like cukes and carrots, fever-yellow daikon pickle and preserved kelp, and a version featuring a Velveeta-like cheese that Ben needs to skip: He's a Red Bull–swilling vegan, after all.
