Dosa Hutt
Deacon the Villain and Kno's first album was titled Will Rap for Food, and we're going to hold them to that boast. In the title track, Deacon raps: "I don't capsize boats/But I got crews flippin'," which made us think of the wonderful South Indian pancakes called uttapam at the sainted Dosa Hutt, where you can get them studded with so many fresh chiles, it'll leave 'em weeping. Accompanied by the homemade coconut chutney and the vegetable-laden soup called sambar, of course.
