For years, it seemed like it was impossible to open a Mexican restaurant without multiple self-portraits of the uni-browed Mexican painter. For her last meal—and perhaps we'll invite her muralist boyfriend Diego Rivera—we're bringing her to Gold St., the new diner-cum-sushi-bar way downtown. There's nothing cuter, or more painterly, than the big-eye tuna tacos. Actually, the big-eye tuna is the only thing big about them: The taquitos are tiny, but offer big flavor in their wealth of firm, fresh fish and zingy chipotle sauce.
