Bahry Fish Market
The composer and lyricist, respectively, of Porgy and Bess deserve to eat the best damn porgy money can buy, so we'll send them to Bahry Fish Market, a miraculous Egyptian place in Bay Ridge that lets you pick your own fish from the bed of ice in the window, then have it grilled and served with baba ganoush and "chips," which turn out to be actual freshly made potato chips, not the soggy fries the Brits call chips. As Ira might have written, "Porgy, you is my fish!"
