Little Owl
The son of a French sea captain and a Congolese slave, ornithologist and painter John James Audubon was no vegetarian—he had to shoot the birds that he painted, using fine buckshot so as not to blow them apart, then trussing them up with invisible wires. For his last meal, he'll seek out Little Owl and dine on the outsize pork chop. Oh yeah, and he'd start out with the meatball sliders, since hamburgers hadn't yet been invented during his epoch of American history. We're sure he'll dig them.
