Mata Hari's Last Meal New York 2007 - Petite Abeille

Margaretha Geertruida Zelle (her real name) would look in vain to find an actual Dutch restaurant in New York ever since NL on Sullivan Street closed down, but she'd find food to love at the Belgian chain Petite Abeille. The exotic dancer and spy would order stoempf, an herby swamp of root vegetables, potatoes, and meat, then demand a plate of Belgian fries, which come with the Dutch condiment frittesaus. Oh, and she could get one of their excellent, pancetta-topped burgers to go with it, even though it isn't very Dutch.
