Guess who's coming to dinner? The first African-American actor to win an Academy Award—and a civil-rights activist to boot—Sidney was raised on Cat Island in the Bahamas, so we can't resist giving him a taste of the island staple salt cod. Imagine the sense memories that'll be stirred when he downs the toast domed with salt-cod brandade at Boqueria. It's the most delicious thing on the menu, but we'll also give the stately actor the slow-poached egg with lentils, and slices of the incomparable Serrano ham, served on tomato-smeared toasts.

Cod fish was never a popular fish in the bahamas. you need to offer grouper, jacks, or red snapper, with peas and rice and coleslaw or bahamain potatoe salad. with some fresh couch salad for appetizer or couch fritter with dip. "Das da real bahamain ting." need help let me know I will fix you up!
