Love their styles but yes often they have quality control issues. Worst of all is their customer service and nontraditional/illegal practices of attempting to charge customers more money for items after they are shipped and in hand. They don't it together on the business side of things. It really is sad that such designs are wasted on a company that refuses to acknowledge or apologize for their numerous mistakes and bad treatment of customers. SO BUYER BEWARE.....stay away!

Hayden-Harnett
Handbags ain't cheap. And New York women don't tote their lives around in tiny, delicate clutches—we need huge, cavernous shoulder bags, ones that can contain all the essential detritus of our unpredictable days and nights. Often enough, these can break both the back and the bank, but Greenpoint designer duo Hayden-Harnett takes our side on this: Their handbags are spacious and solidly crafted, with interesting geometric hardware accents and comfy, discreet shoulder padding. Their recent diffusion line for Target was a fast seller, and those profits should keep them in pierogi for many years to come, but we're still excited about the upscale leather wares in their Brooklyn and Soho boutiques. There are none better.
