Sure, the Korean hot dogs at NY Hot Dog & Coffee are fab, heaped with kimchee, bulgogi, or both. And we certainly appreciate the mild burn (but we're saving that for the smackdown). We also double-dig the Chang dog at Crif Dogs. But you can further ramp up the dog-burn by copping a "Fatty dog" or two at the new Upper West Side branch of Fatty Crab. The house-made concoctions of pork are laced with a fiery Malaysian (or Hong Kong–ian, depending on whom you believe) XO sauce, which propels the handheld meal like ether and gas in a racecar. Brmmmm. Brmmmm!
