Grand Hyatt Hotel
It's sterile and ugly, we know. And it's Trump—but we repeat ourselves. Still, for waiting-on-a-friend purposes, the Grand Hyatt Hotel has one great advantage: As long as you look marginally respectable and don't make a scene, you can (in our experience) stay for an hour or more without security hassling you. Maybe it's because the seating is very uncomfortable, which tends to discourage authentic hobos. And it's centrally located!
