Sorella has plenty of excellent Piedmont-inspired dishes to its name, but you'd be forgiven if you never made it past the grissini that land on the table before the beginning of the meal. Long and slender as Pixy Stix, they're baked until they achieve a deep tan and are presented in a white-paper cone that reclines against a thick linen napkin. They're crunchy and salty and, most dangerous of all, constantly replenished by the attentive waitstaff, who may as well be doling out crystal meth. If ever a complimentary bread product could render a South Beach dieter a babbling, defenseless fool, it's this one. Resistance is futile.
