The Brooklyn-based confectionery company appropriates Brown and East India Pale Ales from the Brooklyn Brewery, and then reduces and stirs them with bits of Martin's pretzels into its thick, fragrant caramel. The result is sweet, salty, and slightly bitter, a triple-threat sensory fantasia.
