The Nashville-style fried chicken at Peaches HotHouse emerges from the kitchen like a dream—crackly, golden-crusted pieces stained orange with cayenne, as gnarled and wrinkly as an old marathoner's knee. The chicken is fried at such high temperatures it's almost greaseless. If you want the really hot chicken experience, though, you must order it extra-spicy.
